Vintage cava so good the producer refuses to label it as cava. Baked apples and pear with a little toast on the nose and finish. With a dryer finish this compares more to some rustic growers champagnes or well done cremant than it does other Spanish sparklers. Also at 20 dollars it's a great value. High QPR.
