Deep@purple, lighter cool- weather cab. This is 57% cab, 43 merlot. Unlike the 2015, no cab franc. You can identify it as cab- I’d call this a summer- friendly cab. Nice with food but yummy on its own. I want to grow grapes and make wine in the Finger Lakes. Fortunately I’ll b winning the lottery any day now.
