Interesting wine. Out of the bottle, lots of capsicum and black fruits but a very light palate. An hour later, completely shut down. One hour after that, the nose opened up again and the fruit started to show very well. I can imagine this with "a day after Thanksgiving" Turkey sandwich, grilled Pasilla peppers and jack cheese.

Carbonic maceration. Ages in ss and fourdres. Bright red fruit aroma. Really beautiful. Reminds me if M Lapierre. Fine and mild tannin. Great balance.
