The wine is the definition of gorgeous- sexy. Dry coco yet tart tannins. Amazing fruits of; blackberries, black raspberries, plum skin, baked strawberries, expresso roast, caramel, dark & milk, dry stems, crushed rock powder, fresh tobacco, leather with fragrant; dark, red and purple flowers. Can’t wait to open mine in about 12 - 15 more years.

All the elements were there, but the acidity was much lower than expected. Makes me wonder about the long haul for this vintage.

Very young, but already so wonderful. Gorgeous, complex nose and so pure and refined on the palate. It has classic Stags Leap District elegance and finesse, but the plush tannins linger on the palate to remind you that there is some serious power and structure supporting it.
Lots of exciting new things are happening at Realm. It will be really great to watch all of the plans come together over the coming years.
