Tannic in a great way. I love the texture and tension that bold tannins bring. Reminds me of Goldilocks: If the porridge is warm, she’s gonna eat it 😀

Farella Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
This extremely young Napa Cabernet is big and tannic.
Fruit forward and already complex, with black fruits and chocolate notes.
Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food.
Needs many years to mature properly.
14.6% alcohol by volume.
