Surprisingly buttery and viscous. Full dry. Fruit is indistinct due to texture. Closest I could get was unripe grape. Seriously. Low acid. Full of spice. Hard to technically evaluate. Color was like pale pink golden. Very strange. I have never had a rose of petite Sirah. I did enjoy it. Paired with smoked salmon. Pretty good.
