This Cab was excellent! And maybe because if this awesome steak Tammy cooked with it in a bed of pepper, coriander and tomatoes. It was awesome. Full bodied, vibrant red fruit with a nice earthy finish.

The 2012 is coming into its own and drinking well now. Plenty of dark fruit with some ripe red fruit undertones. Oak is not overdone. Juicy acidity and supple tannins.

Blackberry, cassis and vanilla. Typical big ripe cab. Backed with a dash of white pepper and mint to balance the fruit out. Medium tannins and medium plus acidity. Beautiful lush mouthfeel.
