Stone fruit -peach, Spring flowers, edible flowers, honeysuckle. A healthy dose of acidity really reminds me of the under ripe peaches my girlfriend keeps bringing home. Spearmint? Chalk? Chalky spearmint toothpaste? Definitely a striking minerality. Lime life savers! Smartees! Maybe even smells like a mojito! Enjoyed with chicken stir fry.
