This wine is the best wine this winery has produced to date. Period. It captures this great vintage perfectly and while still youthful and fruity, it's also slowly starting to enter phase two, where we'll explore added complexity in terms of mineral elements, candied red fruit, fading flowers, licorice and gripping, yet silky tannins. The oak is already all gone - impressive showing.

Apr 19th, 2016In my opinion, this is the greatest wine ever at the Ratti estate. Captivating aromas of beautifully naked red fruits completed by a out-of-this-world, lifted floral perfume. Striking precision on the palate, with a great sense of place.
