Fast becoming on of my favourite small growers on Vallée de la Marne. Toasted brioche and candied lemon. Structured, complex, round. Burst of lemon on the front with a long substantial after! What a pleasure! Mostly 2008 vintage harvested from their older vines in Cumieres. 58ch, 42pn disgorged March 2016. Dosage 6g/L.
