Disappointed. Was pretty excited to try an Ambonnay BdB, but this bottle was less-than-ideal - very autolytic and a touch to oxidative, plus a bitter backend. Still has fruit, but very meh.

Dec 3rd, 2019This is nice! Best Blanc de Blanc Mia has had. Just the right balance of light toast and pure fruit with a cleansing finish. Not fat, slight creaminess. Great for sipping on its own. Disgorged 7/2018. 60% DE 2013. Dosage 7gr/liter. TBL
