Distinctive yeasty Champagne flavor with added notes of strawberries and watermelon. Had it with homemade Thai beef salad. Doubled up on acidity (with the tangy lime dressing) but still a delightful combo 🌹15% Pinot Noir and 85% Chardonnay.
