Rhone garrigue + California fruit = Rigde zin. Ching took the trip to Little Star as a throwing down of the gauntlet and pulled out the semolina flour and cornmeal for a deep dish pie. She even managed to acquire some little gems for salad. Ridge provided the finishing touch.
