Really hitting it’s stride. Went great with Easter smoked ham that was coated with a bourbon maple glaze.

Blackberries, cedar wood, cherries and white pepper. Missed the peak window on this as the finish has faded a bit but still ample fruit. Was still really nice.

Although I prefer the Montebello this is also a success story from Cupertino. Great value and wonderful fruit.
