Smooth, fragrant, and subtle. Sweet. It didn’t taste like much when I first uncorked it. But it opened up a few hours later. Also good two nights later.

Smooth and safe but pleasant flavor profiles. No spice but perhaps a perfect vintage you might have with fish or other light meals in place of a white or rose. I'll re-evaluate with a meal.
