Feb 19th, 2019Great ~$20 bottle from SommSelect. Bright and rich lemon custard, fresh ginger, almond paste and flinty minerals. Slight hint of oxidation and nuttiness. Nice acidity and a crispy salty texture on the palate at the wine warms. Complex and delicious! Thoroughly enjoyed with some grilled chicken and veggies. Will seek out again.
