8.7 compared to other Barolo's, but I'd say an 8.9 for QPR.. Pretty decent for only $25, has all the right stuff including earthyness, leather, ripe red fruit tones, and acidity, only lacking the floral aroma and a touch of tannin, not bad though for a newcomer to the grape.

Nice medium body with good sweetness if red fruit. Nice easy acidity with with good lingering tannins. Dark cherry notes
