Premium Fine Tokay

One of my all time favorites. So happy I found this in NM.

Nice dessert after a few burgers. Is that too chi-chi?

NV. Brown sugar, toasted pecans, maple, poached pear, quince paste, the green notes of over-steeped green tea and honeydew that I typically associate with Australian Tokay, raisins, decayed white flowers, overripe fruit. The acid and the green notes save this wine from being overly tooth-aching. Awesome match for pecan pie or crème brûlée.

nose: toffee caramel raisins butterscotch...tiny bit of sweet decay....taste of woody honey......teeth tingly sweet....herbaceous.... maybe cumin? very clear finish. nice!

Toffee, raisin & honeysuckle. Good structure and balance.

Pears, apples and brown sugar - not quite the refinement of an icewine, but still delicious.

I heard it through the grapevine...tastes like a red box of raisins.

Plum and honeysuckle? Very sweet but not cloying. Delish.

Flavors of plum, honey and toffee. Great dessert.
