Waxy, fatty, oxidized element in texture. Yellow apple, Stoney minerals, but no steel vat. I'd have to guess it spent at least 12-18 months in a French or neutral oak barrel for the amount of vanilla going on. Also there's an aroma of some bruised pear going on. Delicious but not something you encounter in Napa often
