Black fruit and damp earth on the nose. Full bodied, medium tannin and medium-plus acid. Finish is light but long. 14.8% abv is well integrated adding to the wine's overall balance and structure.

Had scents of earth, forest floor, wood and tobacco. Had earthy flavors that came across as slightly tart.
