
Tight upon opening like nearly all Spring Mountain cabs. A couple hours in decanter reveals surprisingly smooth wine. A strong beam up dusty berry fruit, medium to full body and a long finish. Will check on another in 5 years as this seems to have something in reserve. Good stuff with prime rib dinner.
