Luscious fruit, sweet blue berries and acidic on the back. No decant and drank over a few hours. Showing really well now but think it will mellow over the next few years. Great bottle of wine.

There's a lot of good things happening in this bottle, but it's still a big California Cab with high alcohol (15%) and plenty of tannins. Ripe dark cherry, plum, cooked red, blue and black fruits, but not jammy. Hints of white pepper, tobacco and cedar. Best with food that can hold up to the tannins. I probably should have given it some more cellar time.
