Unfiltered Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

Second bottle consumed within 2 weeks. Both were perfectly integrated. Still had fruit showing and both opened for several hours.

This one was as good as I could expect. Very enjoyable.

Don’t think it could have lasted much longer, opened it a good 2 hours to let it breath. Ripe fruit, tannins on point, and nice smooth long finish.

1997. Velvet soft dark berry chocolate with a bit of dried vine leaf. A comfort wine. Dusty tannins. That said I had the feeling this was the last hurrah and that dry finish was combining with fading fruit by the end of the bottle. Tasted over two nights.

Well-integrated. Soft and smooth. Aging beautifully. Great structure and complexity.

Awesome changing after being opened for half hour.
