Nice to have balanced Napa Cab Franc that isn't heavy handed. Expresses the wonderful amount of sunshine we get in CA while maintaining great acid. A kiss of oak to add depth and aroma but not dominating. Lovely dark mineral and graphite notes backdrop dense fruit, violets, and spice.

Awesome cab franc from CA, and a showstopper of a producer - the usual dusty, dried violet flavors but with a bit more body and dark fruit than older world examples making this a crowd pleaser for the equal opportunity cab franc fan. Try with grilled lamb or roasted pork tenderloin.
