This is the last of 4 bottles I bought 3 years ago. With age, the grassy, gooseberry Sauvignon character has receded and there is a crystalline minerality taking its place. Almost Chablis- like. Still great acids and freshness. Delicious.

Nov 25th, 20162012. Really nice. Loads of earthy seashells and spritely ripe fruit on the nose. Not even a trace of herbal or cat pee flavors of underripe Sauvignon-- yet crisp and refreshing.
