Nice oaky taste, very sweet but not overwhelming on the palatte. The boquet is very earthy.

I prefer it to breathe, but it's a great stand alone wine or with dinner. Classy enough to bring to a party or casual dinner to share - but perhaps not as a gift (depending on the recipient!). It's a wine I will buy again.
