I know that most of my pictures blow... This one is no exception.
But the wine is excellent. Brisk nose of cut flowers, grapefruit and a hint of butterscotch.
On the palette, the wines slips down. The first thing that taps you on the shoulder is the acid structure. Second thing was some warmth on the mid-palette. I checked the label to find 14.5% alcohol, REALLY!
Nice tropical fruits and nuts bring up the rear. Overall, an excellent example.
Boys, if you want to sneak up on wifey/girlfriend, look no further than Round Pond SB. She'll be putty in your hands in no time - you heard it here first!

Crisp and clean with aromas of flowers and fresh pineapple. Well-balanced with a great acidity. Maybe a touch more minerality and this one is elevated to the next level for me. Still a lovely SB.
