少し果実味は弱体しているが、そこが円熟して落ち着いててよし。青さや角のたった酸がなく、ミネラル感やキレイに溶け込んだタンニンがあって、どこか芯の強さを感じる。
大和撫子（アラサー）的な感じ。

What a sneak attack! A slight fruit head opens up to an intense sour cherry explosion; almost cherry pie or cupcake like. The finish shows subtle, beautiful tannins without the acidity that can be associated.
