Juicy and inviting with delicate red fruit; cherry and raspberry tinged with soft mineral. It's pretty but needs some time to open up as it felt a bit basic early on. Revisited a few hours later and it came together beautifully. Round yet well structured with decent length.

While not a standout per se, it was strong on its efforts in being able to match other grower champagnes of like quality.
