St. Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

Middle range right bank. Needs an hour to show some red fruits and likely a few more years to shine. Faint cigar box and cinnamon spice.

Full body with so much flavor. Paired well with our mushroom and truffle sauce pasta

This comes across on the bigger side for a 100% merlot. Lots of dark cherries and dried herbs. Personally I did not like this as much as Denis Durantou’s Montlandrie which comes in at similar price point.

Ripe juicy dark berries, currants, and tobacco. Well balanced and smooth. Decanted for 1hr.
