Whole bunch Chardonnay spontaneously fermented in Slovenian and French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in barrels before transfer to stainless steel.
Such a good fall wine - great with cooked veggies, roasted chicken and pork, and soups.
Light and bright but still pretty complex!
