2011 Sans Liege En Gedi. Just tooooo ripe. Almost in prune territory.

We’re we surprised at how disappointing this vintage was. Oh well.

Blackout with your best friends wine. Almost tasted fortified. 16.2%ABV, just way too in your face to be enjoyable...unless of course you're in to that.

Medium viscosity, dried plum, raisin. Over ripe dark cherry. Nose is acidic with white pepper, alder, charcoal .
Decanted for several hours which smoothed it over.
