Extremely acidic...lemon/limes. Haven't had italian pinot grig....totally stumped me in blind tasting...again! Tasted like a blend of all white grapes! Be awesome with spicy food

Some slate, some herbs, hint of apricot-y apple. Lovely and light with some grilled swordfish.
