Silky smooth up front, but wait for it, there is just a touch of tannins to give you a little bit of a mouth feel. Light bit if apricot and plum skin flavor that's here and gone, like taking a juicy bite of a stone fruit with a sip of black tea without the black tea flavor. Easy to drink and ready to be enjoyed in the pan and on the table.
