Santo Wines Santorini Assyrtiko 2019: Medium-bodied. Beautiful bright acidity. An inviting aromatic nose of lemon zest, grapefruit & minerals. Tasting notes of lemon, pear, apple, honey, cream & minerals. Long finish with a touch of saline. Love this wine and everything it presents. Its rich minerality & acidity is top notch. This is really nice. Slight salinity. Hints of lemon. Almost feels like there are bubbles on your tongue.

Very classic Assyrt with a strong citrus and saline backbone, but well rounded and smooth on the finish! Very strong showing.

Classic saline, rocky fruit. Perfect midweek white.
