This wine is so different compared to its youth. I remember a lush, jammy, sexy wine full of cassis, dark fruit and vanilla. Now it carries some nuance. Sous bois on the nose with cedar, tobacco, leather and dried cherry. I prefer the young and slutty version but this is really delightful nonetheless. Would be interested to revisit in another 10 years

Love these wines with some age...bramble, blackberries, figs/smooth mouthfeel/savory, black fruits, black olives on the palate, long, complex finish. Really beautiful wine.
