Opened this a couple of days ago but wasn't very good. Left it opened with the screw top on for 2 days and it is much much nicer. Red fruit on the nose, very nice.

Full of dark fruit, delicious creaminess, long finish.. at its peak I think. I am glad I opened it yesterday. This is the Shiraz

Screams Barossa Shiraz... mulberry, black licorice, pine tree. Slurpy, big, juicy. My palate is drifting away from this style, but this is a good fire side winter's night wine. Pair with dark chocolate.
