Last night we opened the Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs Brut Vintage 2017. Méthode Traditionelle, 100% Chardonnay from Napa Valley Calastoga, CA.
On the nose there is lemon, lemon curd, brioche, buttered popcorn and nice minerals.
On the palate there is lemon, lemon custard, almonds, apricote, cream and minerality.

yummy bubbles for a new year. robert’s parents gave it to him because it’s the sparkling wine preferred by the obama white house (lol), and he brought it for new year’s eve celebration. surprisingly delicious, nutty and creamy on the palette.
