For over 30 years, my go-to in this price range. Bone dry, lots of bubbles, minerally. 2013, nice low 12.7 ABV.

Starts with a bite of crostini before puckering into wonderfully tangy lemon zest. And Lauren swears she detected a crisp apple in there, too! I really dug this - way better than the average champagne.
