I have 2 more bottles of the 2011. After tonight, I am very excited about them. Excellent balance and finesse for such a young wine. 4 -5 hr decant.

Far more enjoyable than I thought it would be. First time flying the bird....just layers of truffles and dark fruit. Probably best after hyper decanting in a blender.
