This wine was pretty tightly wound at first. After some time, it came around with a really pretty peachy apricoty nose, with some interesting funky earthy additions. Kind of waxy. Intriguing.

Skin fermented so you know this guy is big. Tannin is heavier than usual chard, and full of herbs and spice. Aged in cement, this is unique and full of characteristics

Very light chardonnay, very subtle skin contact. Not much orange wine characteristics.

Maybe a flawed bottle but tasted a little old and tired. Earthy but not sure if that was the intent.
