Blackberry, fig, and cherry permeate the nose and first taste. Notes of chocolate in the center, with a peppery finish. One of my favorite reds, and 2008 was a great year.

Is a 2008 Merlot Sebastian excellent with poultry dishes with a great body flavor very inexpensive to share with company ($18) bottle from sonoma county. Try with sharp cheese and fresh fruit.
