Someone described this little gem as "tasting like Israel." I don't know what that means but I do know it's good. From Galilee Heights, this blend is young and very easy to drink. The color is ruby garnet and the aroma is that of spices and plums. There is cherry, licorice, and some really nice earth on the palate. The finish is very fresh of herbs and spices. I wanted to end this with a Yiddish phrase, but then I realized that I know none. So I'll just say cheers!
