This young Merlot from Israel needs 3 hours to open up properly. Rich, spicy and engaging. Drinking very nicely now, and good by itself or with food. Smooth and elegant.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 years. Has good potential to become a 94+ point wine.
This 4 year old is robust and good by itself as a sipping wine. Will also pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

Another hit from Tzora. Excellent Sauvignon Blanc provides strong citrus flavors that are perfectly balanced by Chardonnay to create an elegant white wine. — 2 years ago
From a magnum. Strong tanins at this early stage, chewy. Dark, plum nose and long finish. — 20 days ago
This wine has an indigo color in the glass. The nose is full of dark fruit, with blackberry, plum and black currant coming into play. Notes of cigars, leather, white pepper and funky earth make me think the Syrah plays a much larger part than its percentage indicates. The palate has all the black fruit and some ripe, red cherries in addition. The acidity has some zip to it and the tannins are firm enough for brisket. The finish isn’t terribly long, but it holds the fruit flavors for a delicious few minutes. — 8 months ago

Drinking at its peak now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and even better after 90 minutes of airtime.
Such a fantastic wine, complex and interesting. Loved the nose here. The high alcohol is nicely integrated by now.

This blend of CS, Merlot and Syrah aged beautifully. Tanins are super soft and velvety. A full body, thick and powerful red, powerful nose and aftertaste. Acidity and sweetness balanced perfectly. — a month ago
