Deep red with aromas of black berries and sweet spices from 50 year old vines. The palate displays flavors of black cherry, currents, exotic spice and pepper. The Full-bodied wine has good balance and acidity and drinkable now and over the short term.

Moderate spice and fruit balanced well. Spice shows on nose and advances greatly on the palate. Brambly and briary, very nice acid complements and rounds it all out.
