Mosel Kabinett Riesling

Almost too much rs for my taste but the acidity just keeps it in check. Benefits with food—especially spicy food.

nice little entry level wine: generous nose starts w/whiff of petrol then moves to orchard fruit w/confectionary sugar & cotton candy, then passes briefly thru citrus and then finds the stoniness. has the soft, rounded edges of Mosel w/big fat ripe fruit mid palate before finish nearly dry - maybe a trace of RS. great QPR not structured for long haul tho
