Zeltinger Himmelreich Kabinett Halbtrocken Riesling

Dry, bracing, stones. Apples. Faint diesel note. SO2. Food is compulsory.

Excellent. Peach and nectarine, then lychee, tangerine, slate and a hint of durian. Medium-high acidity complements the sweetness. Love this balanced, complex wine.

2015 vintage. Classic Kabinett. Green apple, very stony, pear skin, lemon flesh and pith, dried white flowers, flax seed. Good length.

20 - but too much honey, almost off dry but great acidity

Bought from winery. Had with thanksgiving dinner. Good Riesling
