Dec 31st, 2023Just delicious. I do love a classic Mosel Kabinett. Gorgeous fruit on the nose: deep apple and ripe golden plum, with clean slatey minerality. Fruit is so pure and deep in the mouth, with acids tucked within buoying it all up. So juicy and lip-smacking on the slightly sweet finish. Almost seems Spatlese-adjacent. Great value.
