Deep ruby/purple. Red fruit and pepper. M+ intensity. Round tannin, balanced with a long finish. An extremely elegant wine!

2010 Ciel du Cheval. In a great place right now. Intense cherry and boysenberry fruit, white pepper, and chalky tannins.

Very nice blend. Lots of dark fruit on this one. The pepper from the Cab has softened quite a bit but is still present on the back end. Overall a very nice blend.
