Scrumptious and in dynamic tension -defined by a lofty fragrance of crunchy red fruit, snappy white cherries, watermelon rind and penetrating floral notes. An absolute pleasure and invigorating.

Started very bland. Later got some delicate flavors of fruit. Too delicate for sockeye grilled salmon.
